Sinaia has a nearby railway station and has luggage storage. Check its daily time & the cost per bag. This is what I was told when I visited by car. Thus, second hand information.
I read on the Peles Castle's website that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which are the days I wished to visit. Can one still walk around the grounds even though they are closed?

Yes, you can! All the surroundings are open to the public and it's a nice walk from downtown Sinaia to the Castle!
Hi is it true the castle has decided to stay open this November? Is pelisor walking distance from Pele's? Hoping to get there for 9am and the queues not be crazy with the time of year? Thanks

I don’t know about their current calendar. Check the internet for times they are open. Unfamiliar with Prelisor. Check with the net on distances between two locations.
