I've been intrigued with doing a century(ish) ride on gravel and am going to ride it out and back starting in Concord. Are there stores near the road crossings at suitable intervals where I can get food/drinks? Thanks in advance.

I can vouch that there are stores in Lebanon (the beginning), Enfield, Canaan, Grafton and Danville. I can't say past that.

The other entrance in Lebanon has known to have glass pieces and doesn't seem to be well maintained. It is a great trail...make sure to go in Fall....spring....summer....snowy winter. It is just fantastic !
