Everything was explained in detail from the moment we stepped on the bus. Our guide in the boat, Pancho, was absolutely superb and would highly recommend him. He was informative and was fun! Go11361816558的完整评论

After getting off the coach from the picking point of Hermitage Hotel, everyone had to walk quite some distance (around 20 mins) before boarding the boat. But as there were some staff and guide at the boarding spot, I suppose there should be toilets for them, thus you upon request. It's advisable to ask the operator of this glacier boat directly in advance, otherwise may have to use diaper (do wear a raincoat as water may splash during the high-speed journey for some part).

It depends on the time of year or weather on the day, we were there in January and still needed a puffer coat.

as far as i know the bergs are there all year round, but the quantity will depend on how they have calved from the glacier flow....
