Is there any information on the Kloofendal gold mine tour - what it involves - fitness to go underground if that is part of it etc - anything else of interest

I just went last Sunday, not fitness involved; even to arrive to the mines you don't need to walk too much and there is a few of stops on the way as the guide stops to talk and explain things.
