Are dogs allowed in? Are they required to be on the lead? Is there a part of the park where they can be off lead?

Dogs are allowed to be in certain areas in the park. There are clear signs where dogs are allowed/ not allowed. Dogs can be on a lead or let off the lead

I do not beleive that there is Punch and Judy this year. It would be great for the children if there was. It is a very popular park. There is an issue with parking but there are plenty of buses that go very close. 358 being one that goes from Crystal Palace straight there. Also the 227 drops you off in Beckenham for a short walk to park. There are two pay and display car parks in Beckenham which are also reasonably close to park.
