Yes. The terrain is mostly flat, rough roads. It will be shady once you get to the wooded area. You'll cross a couple of wooded bridges which could be slippery so just be extra cautious there. When we went there were a couple of kids in the group that came after us, looking not older than 7 so I think your kid will do fine.
