It really depends on how quickly you walk and how long you spend at each island on the way out there. I would say from Dee Lane to reach Hilbre Island you would be looking at around one hour, as it is slippery and wet in places and also rocky and in places so you may need to tread carefully, and then some extra time would be required to walk around the island and explore all of it fully.
