Hi Beatriz - unfortunately I can't say, not being from D.C., but according to the website the tour runs every day except July 4th, Oct. 29th and Dec. 25th.

You can park at stop 1. There is street parking as well as a parking garage underneath the plaza. L'Enfant Plaza.
