This information is from the City of Columbus website: "The Topiary Garden Park is open daily from dawn until dusk, and admission is free to all visitors. April through November is the recommended time for viewing the garden, as the park is blooming in full." I hope this helps.

There is no charge, although donations are always gratefully accepted as the gardens are maintained by volunteers. Parking in nearby streets is not difficult.
