Hi, from what the locals have mentioned this beach is pretty good to swim at this time of year. There aren’t really stingers around. When I was there, people were in the water and there were life guards on duty. Personal I don’t swim, but that’s what I saw and had been told by the locals.

Cape tribulation is in the Daintree National Park- it’s literally where the forest meets the sea . Not sure about horse rides , sorry. Four mile beach is in port Douglas.

Yes we where warned about stingets awhillie checking into our resort.and we saw a crocodile in the inlet so we reported it to our resort but beach beautiful on a cloudy day but just becareful
