View from tower does not disappoint. Amazing views, the Japanese garden is a bonus and tranquil. Views from the pavilion are great too. Highly recommend a stop if in the Duluth area. AFewReviewsHere的完整评论

Yes, in most of Duluth's lovely parks, people may bring their dogs, but they must be on leashes and you must pick up after them. Many parks have dispensers with plastic bags for dog poo. Use common sense while taking your dog through a park and avoid small kids, elderly , etc so your dog is not a nuisance.
