Any animal that would be harmed by the cold will be safely indoors and some of those are not open to the public. But the zoo is great fun regardless! During December they have holiday lights which are fun. Kids are not as insistent on seeing a set number of exotic species like adults are. They are more focused on the overall experience.
I would like to know if you can bring your dog with in to the Edmonton zoo ????????

And I do encourage you to go! It's a wonderful zoo for primates, reptiles, and several rare and endangered species that they are part of the rescue plan for.
