Sure, if you're strong enough and can pull yourself up two-foot high rock steps with a carrier on your back. (I had no carrier. I had to sit down and swing my feet up at one spot where the step was higher than my knees.) There are some fairly difficult sections, but they're short.
If we complete this trail in approx 2 hours would there be another worthwhile hike in close driving proximity to this one? We have one day to hike so wanting to get as much as we can:)

Well I wouldn't agree with the other person. I've done a lot of hiking over the years and there some tight spaces in the trail that bothered me. Of course the day we were there a good portion of the trail was frozen with a coat of ice which made it even worse. But if you take your time and stop if needed the view from the top is great!
I see there are great reviews on the resort but when I look at the pictures on trip advisor the accommodations and amenities looks like they are 3 star at best. Am I wrong?

The Adobe Grande Villas are AAA Four Diamond for 10 years running. It is much smaller than Enchantment and very, very personal. You have very large rooms (~800 - 1200 sq ft) and outstanding cooked to order breakfasts. Sedona is a special place and a huge Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons just wouldn't do it justice. That said, there are plenty of accommodations that rival the service and accommodations of the chains that you are used to. Go, Enjoy, it is a magical place!
