Depends on at what speed they are running their cable cars at that time, generally it is 5 mins(that's the fastest they can cover that distance ) for peak traffic season, but sometimes when the traffic is less, they slow it down so that the tourists can enjoy the view and the ride for some more time, really nice of them.
