I went around on a mobility scooter it's over like 3 floors so alot of stairs I would suggest a scooter or wheelchair the staff were very helpful and took me up on the lifts and explained what way to go. they hire wheelchairs at the tower (£10 deposit) and they let me use it for the tower circus and the dungeon but I used my scooter for sea life and madam tussauds.
