Yes, getting out of the vehicle isn't required to see the daffodils. I do emphasis call before you go in case it's closed due to all the rain we've had.
Are there any spots at all that would be appropriate for a picnic?
答:
Yes there are a few places where there are some old buildings (cabin) etc. I can't remember if there are any picnic tables but we have "tailgated" and enjoyed the flowers.
