This is a wonderful central location close to Reno, Virginia City, Lake Tahoe, and Truckee. Our home is a large, double-wide mobile home on a large privately owned lot situated on a quiet culdesac of a neighborhood, not a mobile-home park. The home is well maintained with an updated heating and air conditioning system, it's a very clean home with all the appliances and amenities for your comfort and convenience. The yard is very large; you have the ability to close and lock the gate so you can watch your pets run around the fully fenced yard. Our great fenced-in parking area is not only large enough for your RV and boat, plus several vehicle(s), its perfect for multiple Hot Rods! Close and lock the gate for added security.
