It depends on the particular cruise package you take. I can tell you that last year (October 2017) my husband and I took the Blue Angels/kayak cruise. The cruise lasted a total of 6 hours for a total of $218.00 for the two of us (but you do give a tip at the end = additional). They set sail I believe around 8:30-9:00am and they have breakfast which contains breakfast rolls and fruit/juice. They then take you to an island and you can get off the boat and explore the island and watch the Blue Angels show which begins at 11:30am or stay on the boat. The air show last about an 1 hour. They then get lunch out which is deli wraps, chips, crackers/cheese, fruit, cookies, soft drinks. The catamaran has kayaks aboard which they will get out if you want to kayak around the island. You are on this island for about a total of 2 hrs. By the time you sail back it is around 3pm. So worth it. You see dolphins, have breakfast/lunch, see the Blue Angels air show, sun, entertainment. We sailed with about 23 people on the boat. You may bring your own small cooler if you wish. This particular excursion is a must see and do. We also took the 2 hour sunset cruise during (2016) and it is $36-37 per person (tip not included). That is also amazing. Dolphins come right up to the boat. You won't be disappointed for any of the excursions you choose. Have fun and enjoy.
