Beth supports people living with, persistent or reoccurring pain increase their energy and mobility so they can actively enjoy life. She believes that being able to trust in your body is a key to dialling down your pain. She offers a step-by-step approach of simple practical exercises for both their body and mind helping people in long-term pain feel more themselves again. She does this through movement therapy and pain management coaching. Beth helps her clients to feel safe, to go at their own pace and to experience practical ways they can dial down their pain. Beth also offers yoga therapy to individuals and small groups. All services are available online or in-person including an initial free consultation.
