We went just after the public side opened at noon on Friday. There is a restroom at the first parking area near the beach. We traveled further down the roadway until we reached the gate for the base.… moh460的完整评论

Hi the military section of the beach requires a pass to get on. There is a hotel there and I believe they could give you info. If you are looking to get married on the public beach, I guess you'd have to call and ask the town for permission. Wishing you a happy event!
