It is quite a deep auditorium so I think if your 7-year-old wants to see the action close up it wouldn't be so good. However, saying that you will get a great view of the whole stage which you might not up the front. You will be able to enjoy the bigger shape of the performance and movement patterns which should be really enriching.
Do you have a restaurant on Sunday night before a show.

There are restaurants up View Street such as Wine Bank on View and Malayan Orchid, but you would need to ring to see if they are open as i am not sure, cheers, Deb
