It certainly wasn't wet when we walked it. The path itself isn't rough, uneven or boggy. I think you can assume that you can wear whatever you like on your feet.
Ok so I am in Ubud and am able to navigate the streets on a wheelchair (having to get up and down from it (I can walk a few meters with crutches) because of scooters on the pathway. Will I be able to go to the rice fields in a wheelchair? Is it pathed?
