You can but the museum is strict about masking and social distancing. I bought my ticket online and still had to wait about 20 minutes to enter the museum because they maintain a slow entry pace to keep the crowding down. They have docents stationed throughout the museum and may pause entry from one gallery to the next in order to reduce the crowd size.

Hi! Not sure at all about the audio guide. But guided visits are available. However the museum is really well organized and with a good travel guide the visit is awesome
